'The Box' Strength and Conditioning

 
 At 'The Box' we deliver three group training sessions per week, and we are located in Derby city centre.
 
Group Sessions.

Class sizes are kept small to ensure every 'Box' athlete gets the individual focus and attention that they deserve.

Taking part in a class means you get the benefits of personal coaching, a varied and interesting workout, correct technique and knowledge along with lots of motivation. 

Also you are be able to share your sufferings

10/12 People maximum class size.
